At Jarod John Leonard, every made-to-order piece is individually crafted in the tradition of fine ateliers.
Each creation is produced exclusively for you.
Made-to-order and personalised items are considered final sale in many regions worldwide, including the EU, UK, North America, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.
Accordingly, these pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless a verified defect is confirmed by our team.
This policy applies to all international orders, regardless of destination.
Exceptional Circumstances
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not consistent with your selection, please contact Client Services within 7 days of delivery:

• Photographs of the item, packaging, and any visible damage
Our team will review your request and provide guidance in accordance with the consumer protection laws applicable in your delivery region.
Approved cases may result in repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.
Order Modifications
Each piece enters production shortly after the order is confirmed.
For this reason, modifications or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
